Winn-Dixie or Winnie/Dixie as she's known here on the farm is a beautiful black and white doe. We must say and huge thanks to Bob and Barb in WV for this pretty gal. Dixie kidded twins in late March, unfortunately the little buckling passed away but her gorgeous black and white doeling a "mini Dixie," is thriving! I am looking forward to milking Dixie and seeing how her udder develops.

Catapult or Caddy as I like to call her is a uniquely marked red and black buckskin with a white overlay. Caddy kidded triplet bucklings in the beginning of April, sadly one baby passed away but her remaining two kids are doing excellent and growing up quickly. Caddy's udder is still developing and we will be milking her soon. A big thanks to Bob and Barb in WV for Catapult!

Athena is a stunning dark buckskin doe that has become the matriarch of sorts here on the farm. A big thanks to David in VA for this queen! Athena kidded quads last year at David's farm and we are looking forward to breeding her for a fall delivery sometime later this spring. Athena is a gentle, easy going goat and we are thrilled to have her on the farm.

Almond Joy is an absolute princess! A huge thanks to David in VA for this beautiful little doe. Almond Joy is a buckskin with the sweetest, most gentle personality. She loves to follow you around and "help," with farm chores. Joy gave us quite the scare when she ingested a toxic plant in the woods and then had a bout of rumenitis, luckily she recovered and is doing fantastic. Joy is a small doe and will be bred this fall for spring 2011 kids.
